This AMA is divided into 3 segments.
Segment 1-Introduction Questions
Q1: Firstly, please introduce yourself with us. How and when you have started? How did you get involved in the crypto? What’s ur role in 4Everland?
A1: Hello, I am Deon. It is my great hornor to share 4EVERLAND project here. I am the co-founder and CTO of 4EVERLAND, and currently responsible for the product and technical work in the team.
I have been involved in the blockchain industry for nearly 10 years and have studied many excellent projects including Bitcoin and Ethereum. I am deeply attracted by blockchain technology and hope that can bring some changes to the industry through the joint efforts of my team. Also, I hope to explore the Web 3.0 world together with your guys.
Q2: Now please tell us about your project “4Everland” What was the initial thoughts behind this project?
A2: Before answering this question, I would still like to ask 3 questions for you to think about regardig to the current state of blockchain applications.
- “I trust my Ethereum addresses, assets, and smart contracts, however, what if the DAPP interface I’m accessing disappears or is blocked some day in the future?”
- “I have a collection of valuable NFT digital artifacts that point to a single node storage server, will the value of the NFTs disappear with the shutdown of the server?”
- “What if my DEFI project is fast in Europe, but slow in Asia, affecting user experience?”
Through the above issues we can find that the centralised, permission-based, single-node data service model is still a problem for most blockchain projects at the moment. 4EVERLAND is designed to solve this problem by providing a distributed, highly efficient, self-motivated, and low-cost data hosting gateway based on IPFS and the underlying technology of Ethereum, which will meet the needs of the rapidly growing number of Web 3.0 users for security and freedom of service.
Q3: I have seen that 4Everland is completely different project than others. I believe there will be no competition in market yet. Can you please tell us all features and services of 4Everland in simple words?
A3: 4EVERLAND is a blockchain technology-powered cloud computing platform, designed to help developers develop Web 3.0 applications efficiently. 4EVERLAND provides products and protocols such as DWeb hosting, decentralized gateway, decentralized domain name system(DDNS), digital marketing system, and data services to help developers access Web3.0 in one click.
Our first application DWeb hosting service — 4EVER-HOSTING launched officially!
4EVER-HOSTING can help developers quickly create, publish and manage DWeb based on IPFS. All nodes in 4EVERLAND can provide persistent storage for the DWeb, and all gateways can provide acceleration for the DWeb.

Q4: Please share complete tokenomics of 4Everland with its distribution and vesting period? I would love to know functions and utility of native token of 4Everland.
A4: The total supply of 4EVER is 10 billion tokens whose distribution is as follows:
- Storage Provider Mining: 50% (5 billion tokens), to be released linearly via storage rewards, halved in number every two years.
- Gateway construction: 10% (1 billion tokens), which is used to stimulate the construction of global distributed gateway to ensure that 4EVERLAND can be built into a robust and fast gateway in the early stage.
- Early Investors: 15% (1.5 billion tokens), which is allocated to early investors, and unlocked linearly over 6–24 months.
- Core Team: 10% (1 billion tokens), to be used as an incentive for the core team, and unlocked linearly over 5 years.
- 4EVERLAND Foundation: 10% (1 billion tokens) for long-term development, operation, and brand building, unlocked linearly over 5 years.
- Community Drop: 5% (500 million tokens), to be distributed to the 4EVERLAND community, to stimulate continuous participation and contribution.
4EVER is the core asset in 4EVERLAND, whose value is strongly positively correlated with the scale of the 4EVERLAND network.
4EVER token has the following functions:
- Serves as the only lending and staking token for Providers during the auction and vesting period;
- The revenue from developers will be used to buy back 4EVER tokens that are then distributed to nodes as commissions for resource services offered by Providers;
- Serves as network transaction fee;
- 4EVER token holders can propose and vote on network governance decisions through DAO.
4EVER captures the value of the whole network through the above functions:
On one hand, the increase in storage and traffic business demand will lead to an uptick in the number of both Storage Providers and Gateway Providers, which will in turn stimulate greater Provider demand for staking and lending of 4EVER. On the other hand, developers’ storage and traffic incomes will all be used to buy back 4EVER, enhancing the flow rate and liquidity of 4EVER.
Q5: Please tell us about economy of node models and also tell us about lending models in layman’s language?
A5: The income of Storage Provider is comprised of two parts, including storage fee from developers and network storage mining reward (5 billion, which is the main source of inflation). The yield from storage mining is halved every two years.
The income of the gateway provider is composed of two parts: The developer’s share of the traffic fee and gateway construction subsidy (1 billion tokens). In the first three years, the 4EVERLAND gateway network will be rapidly built to support global high-speed access, which is funded bygateway construction subsidy. At the early phase of gateway construction , which is also the investment period, the main income of Gateway Provider comes from the gateway construction subsidy. However, as the network becomes more robust and Web3 traffic increases year by year, traffic fees will become the main source of income for Gateway Providers.
The lending model can be understood in simple mathematical terms:
Borrowing rate: BI
Utilization rate: U
Lending model: BI = U * m + b
m and b are reconciliation parameters with different values for different borrowing usage rates, and the system’s highest borrowing rate is RMAX.
Ultimately, the relationship between the lending rate and the utilization rate of the pool is as follows.

Q6: What are your aims in next 2 years according to your roadmap?
A6: We have planned several goals for the future in phases of every two years. By 2023, we will follow the roadmap to achieve V1 Quark’s goal: Developing a cloud computing platform that enables distributed storage of content, accelerated global access, and global node collaboration.
This process will include going live with Alpha version, Beta version, auction and lending system. We will also start the Genesis node auction, and realize the global node collaboration finally.
Segment 2-Twitter Questions
Q1: @Ipman15547444 What’s the current development status and when are those features expected to go live? Is there some public code or something similar, so that investors can be assured there’s work happening in the background and it’s all legit?
A1: Our overall progress is exactly in line with Roadmap recently. We have completed Alpha version on Aug 16 and launched 4EVER-HOSTING for Dweb hosting service. Of coure, we will publish our all code on Github and indeed, we already made most of it public. You check it here Github: https://github.com/4everland
All developers can currently get free 40GB storage and network at 4EVER-HOSTING. In the future, we plan to airdrop to developers who support us and deplpy website at the early stage. Welcome to particiapte! 4EVER-HOSTING: https://hosting.4everland.org
Q2: @Ipman15547444 Only getting users, holders etc is not everything. In my opinion, a project needs to deal with solving a real world issue or problem What is the problem that your project primarily focuses on?
A2: Indeed, the longevity and sustainability of a project depends to a large extent on what problems it can solve.
4EVERLAND hopes to help the Internet make a smooth leap from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0 and become the infrastructure for millions of Web 3.0 developers and applications. It allowed Web 3.0 developers completely free themselves from the shackles of centralisation and provide users with a globally accelerated, link-perpetual web service.
As mentioned before, in our opinion, the centralised, permission-based, single-node data service model is still the problem for most blockchain projects at the moment.
4EVERLAND will replace the traditional centralized, permission-based, single-node data service model and address the rapidly growing Web 3.0 users’ needs for service security and freedom.
Q3: @MdShoha53889140 Ethereum is killing it’s users for the high has fee. Why you decided to use Ethereum while we are now in the era of BSC?
A3: Ethereum is the most popular smart contract blockchain. Most of users use Ethereum that why we use it.
Despite the success of Ethereum’s ecosystem, problems such as high gas fees and low transaction speed are increasingly emerging. We will also consider about Layer 2 solutions to improve user experience and reduce transaction costs in frequent payment occasions.
Of course this does not mean we will abandon other public chain ecosystems. 4EVERLAND can provide services for all DAPPs in public chain ecosystems, and we hope to become the infrastructure for Web3.0 millions of developers and applications.
Q4: @0JeanWayne What is the minimum requirements (both hardware and software) to become a node validator/storage provider for 4EverLand? Also, what are the incentives and benefits of being one?
A4: The 4EVERLAND nodes are divided into two parts, storage nodes and gateway nodes, which both have different hardware requirements. The storage nodes are mainly for storage space, while the gateway nodes are mainly for bandwidth. The specific requirements can be found when nodes go live.
The income of Storage Provider is comprised of two parts, including storage fee from developers and network storage mining reward. As the network grows and developers use more resources, storage fees will become the main source of income for Storage Providers.
The income of the gateway provider is composed of two parts: The developer’s share of the traffic fee and gateway construction subsidy. As the network becomes more robust and Web3 traffic increases year by year, traffic fees will become the main source of income for Gateway Providers.
Q5: @Kozhi50222584The only way blockchain industry will expand and grow is if we have users that will be able to use products with ease. What are some of the unique features of your platform that would help attract more users as well as developers to it?
A5: We have designed this application with the intention of helping developers to develop Web 3.0 applications efficiently, and we have done a lot of work.
The main features as follows:
Global Acceleration: The consensus-driven Swarm network, improves network throughput massively and high availability, provides more efficient and fast Web3.0 access for global developers.
Privacy Protection: 4EVERLAND does not require KYC, that ensures user anonymity and data security.
Distributed Storage: 4EVERLAND builds a Swarm distributed storage network to achieve data availability and reliability.
Segment 3-Telegram Live Questions
Q1: Where can I buy it? Also all the links to all your social media platforms if possible?
A1: Hello, We haven’t issue our Token recently because we are startup tech project. But we have planed to issue at the right time.
Q2: Does your project have any compititors in the space, is or are there any project trying to do the same thing as you do. All in all what makes you stand out?
A2: Definitely, we will have competitors, but we are very confident that we will stand out, because we have a very professional team and a long experience in this industry. At the same time, we know all the current problems with dapps and have very well developed solutions, which are not available to all our competitors.
Q3: STAKING is one of the STRATEGIES to ATTRACT USERS and HOLD Them and long term. Does your GREAT PROJECT have plan about to Staking?
A3: Thanks. There is a mechanism for this in our economic model. In the future, all nodes are required to stake a certain amount of 4EVER to participate in the node campaign, while the auction and lending mechanisms will also allow all users to participate in the staking process.
Q4: Do you agree that the power of the community will drive your project to global growth?
A4: Of course, we really believe the strength of the community. At the same time, we believe that only by relying on the community can we move forward as far as possible. We would also like to welcome more community members to join the 4EVERLAND ecosystem and work together to promote 4EVRLAND.
Q5: For a project development first of all main priority is having enough fund. Does your team financially capable to run this project? Do you have enough fund for it’s developement Can you tell us that How your project generate the profit?
A5: Don’t worry. We just raised $1.5 million in seed round and we are also support by IPFS Grants. These funds will be sufficient to support our initial technical development work. Also, as more developers join us in the future, the developer storage fee and developer traffic fee will bring us more financial support and help us to develop the project better.
